About the author: Zoe Sadler is an inky alchemist, creative seer, and illustrator. For as long as she can remember, Zoe has loved all things mystical and magical. Inspired to transform the everyday into something extraordinary and fantastical, Zoe is an illustrator who uses ink, acrylic, and watercolour mediums to create her artwork. She is inspired by fairy tales, fantasy, and the natural world.
Zoe was brought up on a traditional croft in northern Scotland, but now lives on a small island on the southern coast of England, where she works from her studio by the sea. You can find Zoe’s work in children’s books, on jigsaw puzzles, and as colouring pages.
When not illustrating, Zoe can be found wandering her little island, foraging for materials to make her own ink and paint. She also enjoys wild swimming, walking her dog, and driving her vintage yellow Volkswagen Beetle. And if it’s just too cold outside, you’ll find her reading a good fantasy novel by the fire, with the dog curled up by her feet. To find out more about her work, visit: zoesadler.com
