About the Creator: Rita Pietrosanto is an accredited mental health social worker and counsellor working predominantly with children and adolescents. She has been working in this field since 2010, in both the public and private sector, offering counselling, professional development, behaviour management services and focused group programs. On top of these clinical qualifications, Rita is a trained meditation teacher, giving courses on mindfulness and meditation to children and adolescents. She also holds a Certificate in Life Alignment, a healing modality created by Dr. Jeff Levin, and is a certified Melia Intuitive Energy Healer.
In 2013, Rita started her private practice – Empowered Minds Au – in order to bring together her clinical experience and her holistic healing knowledge to begin to offer a unique approach to healing for children and adolescents through counselling, meditation lessons, self-love workshops, one-on-one soul coaching and intuitive energy healings.
