Once your order has been placed, we will endeavor to process and ship your order within 24 hours. This does not include weekends or public holidays. During busy promotional or holiday periods, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

All orders are packed with care and sent with tracking details and insurance.

Reshipping

If you order is returned to us by the courier company due to an uncollected parcel, incorrect or insufficient delivery details, the products can be resent to you at your own expense. If you change your mind, please refer to our refund and return policy.

Please note: If the delivery address is incorrect and the order has been shipped, depending on the delivery option selected we may not be able to change the delivery address until the order has been returned.​
