How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of AU$5.00 (inc GST) to deliver anywhere in Australia, and worldwide.

How long will your order take to arrive?

Any items that are in stock, marked with Low, Medium or High availability on their product page will be dispatched within 24 hours via Australia Post from BRISBANE.

We use Australia Post Parcel Post Satchels. The delivery timetable below is a guide to expected delivery time.

Within Queensland	Posted for Delivery	Delivery by (Business Day after Posting)
	Within Brisbane	Next Day
	Between Brisbane and larger country locations	One - two days
To other States	Posted for Delivery	Delivery by (Business Day after Posting)
	Interstate posting to Sydney	Second day
	To other capital cities	Three - five days
	To other interstate locations	Add extra day

This timetable is a guide only. From our experience, Australia Post regularly meets or beats the expected delivery time. Delivery can take slightly longer in peak delivery periods such as Christmas.

International Delivery (outside Australia) Timeframe
We can assess the delivery timeframe on a per order basis. Please contact us if you need to know the expected delivery timeframe to a destination outside Australia prior to ordering.

Out of Stock Items

Items that are out of stock will take time for us to obtain from suppliers. We can provide you with expected timeframes on request.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the first business day following the weekend or public holiday.
